Within-field risk layer

Requirements

The field needs an active Vegetation Monitoringsubscription. Disease Risk Alerts uses the field's monitoring context together with observed and forecast weather, crop timing, and terrain.

How to activate it

  1. Open a field with active Vegetation Monitoring.
  2. Select the option to add Disease Risk Alerts.
  3. Choose the crop currently growing in the field.
  4. Add the planting date when available to improve growth-stage timing.
  5. Confirm the order and wait for the first forecast to complete.

Reading the forecast

Each disease card shows its peak risk across the next seven days and the individual daily values behind it. Higher values mean the field is moving into conditions that strongly favour infection or pest development, giving you time to prioritize scouting and protection planning.

Open the map layer to see how satellite moisture and vegetation signals, terrain, and local field conditions change the risk within the boundary.

Email alerts

Set an alert threshold separately for each monitored risk. Siora sends an email when the forecast newly crosses that threshold, so the alert focuses attention on a meaningful change rather than repeating the same notification every day.
